Adoption Process

Ready to Adopt From One of Our Members? Here's How it Works

Once you find the perfect cat, contact the foster parent or The Cat Network to express your interest. The cat foster member will work with you to determine if the cat is the right fit for you and your family.

To adopt a cat:

  1. Contact the foster parent directly through their online listing or call The Cat Network at 305-255-3482.

  2. Fill out an Adoption Questionnaire, which will be shared by The Cat Network upon request (email info@thecatnetwork.com)

Adoption Fees

  • Mix-breed cats: $120

  • Purebred cats: $120 to $250 (determined by foster parent, with or without papers)

The adoption fee covers:

  • Deworming

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Feline Leukemia/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus testing

  • Spay/Neuter surgery (for cats 3 months or older, unless medically inadvisable)
