The Cat Network Needs You
The Cat Network is an all-volunteer organization that relies on the help of caring people like you to find homes for homeless cats in South Florida. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to fit your interests and schedule:

Foster Care: Provide temporary love and care for kittens or cats who aren't ready for adoption yet.

Adoption Center Cat Care: Help staff with feeding, cleaning, and keeping the cat cages clean and healthy at PetSmart locations across Miami-Dade. Training is provided.

Weekend Adoption Shows: Help potential adopters learn about the cats and answer their questions. You'll need strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people. There are also opportunities to socialize the cats with playtime. Weekend shifts are available from 1 PM to 5 PM at various PetSmart, Petco, and Pet Supermarket locations in Miami-Dade.

To get started, fill out a Volunteer Application and mail it to the address listed on the application. Your application will be reviewed and volunteer applicants will be invited to a volunteer informational session to learn about The Cat Network mission, history and goals as well as current volunteer service needs.

The Cat Network Youth Organization collaborates with the Cat Network to unite high school students 15 and older across Miami who share a passion for rescuing stray cats and promoting animal safety.
